Are you seeking your next Administration position? Do you have experience processing orders and are looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?
Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading manufacturer in Westbury, as they search for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
This organisation works with some of UK’s major retailers and household brands, and you will be delivering excellent B2B customer support.
Day-to-day you will be providing support to the sales function of the business, delivering excellent customer service, and working closely with internal teams to ensure company requirements are met.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual, who can multi-task and can work well in a team.
DAY TO DAY :
- Be the point of contact for customer enquiries, being able to support with any issues that arise with their order
- Processing orders using the company website
- Raising call-offs liaising with customers regarding their orders and delivery time
- Creating stock sheets, using Excel
- Managing stock levels
- Working closely with other departments such as planning, production, purchasing, and design
- Ad-hoc administration
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE :
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Administration / Sales Administration position
- Previous experience working in manufacturing or product environment
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication is essential
- Ability to adapt to a varied workload
- Strong IT skills and working knowledge of MS products
